I delivered my baby girl on 2nd Feb via a normal delivery Even though i was induced labor pains by the doctors, (i was 38 weeks and 3 days by that time), i wanted to give my best to deliver normally I had a really long labor , almost 20 hours so it was tough and tested all my patience !!
Throughout my 9th month i had a tough time exercising due to a severe knee pain and numbness of my hands due to carpel tunnel syndrome, Neeru maam really helped me through and modified exercises for me in that phase and guided me a lot!
