Anchal is a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Childbirth Educator, and Registered Nurse based in California. She is passionate about women’s health education and dedicated to helping pregnant women navigate their journey through pregnancy, safe childbirth, and into parenthood with confidence and positivity.
In her spare time, Anchal enjoys walks in nature, hiking, dancing, and baking. Her dog, Fero, keeps her active and engaged.
